Aw thanks Dad. Love you guys!
It was a really hard day on Saturday.. cried quite a bit, but I'm doing fine now!  I just needed to get that out so that it actually felt real.
I feel better about all of it. Yesterday was the best day on the mission! So many miracles.
Love You,
Thanks for everything Daddy

HEY-O!

Man oh man, what a week!!!

Monday-- We went on a hike! The prettiest hike EVER! I am so obsessed with this place. It seriously is so beautiful. So we went on the hike, but got a late start... so we hiked 2 hours in.. and were like .25 miles from our destination, the lake, and we had to turn back because we had to make it on time to our dinner appointment.. we had an hour to get back.. so we RAN THE WHOLE WAY BACK!

It was pretty legit at the time, because I've never really went trail running like that, but 3.75 miles and an hour later at the bottom of the trailhead... I was EXHAUSTED. Hahaha my body was so sore! But hey, we got back in time and all was well. :)

Tuesday-- We talked to Chris Jones, a former investigator and had an awesome chat with him! We just ran into him walking on the sidewalk and so it was a miracle we got to talk to him! We set up an appointment for this coming Tuesday at the church, so hopefully we will be able to start teaching him again!

We were trying to get in contact with some of the people we've met and just haven't been able to talk to them for a while.. and we ended up knocking on a door of a hispanic family and we used our Spanish skills to get a referral for the elders! We felt so accomplished! :) Also on Tuesday we were walking by this house that we had just said hi to the lady that lived there about two months ago.. and I just felt like we needed to knock on the door. So we did and she invited us in and we were talking about religion and such and she was Catholic and told us she didn't want to change her ways, and then she goes on to explain how hard it is for her because her children don't want to be Catholic or even any religion and how that has been a struggle for her. And then perfect timing--- in walks one of her daughters who is our age! We started talking to her a little bit and she was really not interested at the beginning but she started explaining how she just talked to her friend the night before, about her experience serving a mission in Sweden!!! Coincidence, I think NOT! :) So we gave her a Book of Mormon and she said we could come back this week sometime! Miracles all around!

That evening, Sister Pierce, a new sister in the ward, came out with us and we had an awesome first lesson with Diane! She is so great! We met her a couple weeks ago and never were able to get back over there. We had a great lesson about the Restoration and she committed to come to church and read the Book of Mormon to know if it's true!! We didn't set her with a baptismal date, because she is sadly moving in the middle of April... sad day, but we will make sure she stays in contact with missionaries after she moves! We also had a great lesson that night with the Romero family! We taught about the Anti-Nephi-Lehies burying their swords and making promises with God that they would be more obedient and then we gave them each a paper sword to write something they want to do better or give up in their life to be more obedient and we are going to bury it on top of the mountain at the end of our hike that we are going on today with them! :)

Wednesday-- We did a lot of service at the Care Center and City Hall in the morning and then we had a great lesson with Bob Shay! Marshall his son was walking by, outside his trailer and we invited him to join us and he did! We taught the Restoration and committed him to read and pray! He didn't make it to church, but we will work with him on that!
Also Wednesday was my halfway mark! 9 months down! 9 months to go! :)

Thursday-- We have started running along the canal near by and it is SO pretty in the mornings! We get to see the sunrise and the sun hits the peaks of the mountains and it is so pretty. It's like seeing two sunrises every morning! It is really peaceful running here in Bishop!

We went and helped that lady named Kelly that we met last Friday weed her flower bed and get ready to sell her house! We talked to her daughter Alyson a lot. She had downloaded the Book of Mormon on her Kindle after the first time we met her and just mentioned it! She had already started reading it out of curiosity and she is just so great! We talked to her more about it and we are just sooo sad she is moving this week. :( We are praying that a miracle will happen and missionaries will find them!

Friday-- We had a great district meeting. I learned a lot about how I can utilize the Book of Mormon more in our teaching! We went to Schat's Bakkery for lunch and it was SO good!

We tried to get in touch with people but some of them are just MIA.. hopefully we get a hold of Rocio soon. We went out to dinner with Sister Mclaughlin. She is my favorite. I just love that woman.

Then all of our plans got cancelled and we decided to go see Jessica, a girl that used to take the lessons from the missionaries! We are going to start teaching her again! She is awesome, I just love her so much. We were walking home, and saw a man sitting outside of his house, so we just started talking to him about fishing and stuff and then he asked if we could come back and teach his family! Say what! Ofcourse we can! :)

Saturday-- We walked to the church with Liea Romero to see the Women's Broadcast and that was such a good meeting!! The girl they talked about with the last name Cardon, is totally our ancestor!! I was freaking out when she was telling that story!! THE WHOLE WORLD NOW KNOWS ABOUT OUR HERITAGE!! So legit! I was way touched by that! Then we had dinner with Mitch and Angie and they are just the greatest. They were watching BYU volleyball game and it made me miss BYU so much! Haha go Cougs!

Sunday-- THE BEST DAY EVER.
Kay so that morning we were walking out to the car to go to church and a man was at our neighbors house. We started talking to him and said we were going to church and invited him to come. He said he would! So we were like yay!!! Then we get to church and none of our investigators are coming.. so we went out in the hall and said a quick prayer that they would come. 5 minutes later Diane comes walking in!!! YAY! Then towards the end of the meeting Michael, the man we talked to that morning comes walking in!!! MIRACLES!!! THEY CAME TO CHURCH!! PRAYER ANSWERED! :) It was so awesome having them there!

Sister Luddington and I sang Consider the Lilies for the Easter Program that we had for Sacrament meeting. I HAD TO SING A SOLO. It was probably the most nerve wracking thing ever in life. 2nd time singing in front of people and I had to sing a solo... hahaha!  That's what happens when you're a missionary! haha I felt like it was super special because that was one of Grandma Jan's favorite hymns. :)  The spirit was super strong and definitely helped me, I couldn't have done it by myself!

Then every hour after that we had an appointment! Lesson with the Romero's, a lesson with Michael at the Laundromat cause that is where he was haha, a lesson with the Shelburne's and their turtles, and then a great dinner and lesson at the Steedle's!! :)

Hope you all have a great week! I love you all so much and am so grateful for all of the love and support!!! The church is true, and Heavenly Father answers our prayers!! He is so aware of us!!

Love,
Sister Loar

3/16-3/22

Hey Hey!

This week has been filled with change all over the place!

Tuesday-- We were supposed to wake up at 4 to get to a training meeting that Sister Dodson had to go to, and ended up waking up at 6 to the Elder's calling us about something! We rushed out of the apartment like mad women and were able to get to transfer meeting in time, hallelujah! It was a very sad departure, Sister Dodson and I struggled with saying goodbye.

It's been such an amazing experience being able to serve with her! After transfers we drove to Ridgecrest for groceries and didn't get back until like 8:30.. what a day.

Sister Luddington, my new companion is awesome! She is so sweet and she is from Kaysville, UT. We get along really well and she has been out for about 14 months! It's been fun just this last week with her, so I'm sure we will have a blast together this transfer.

Wednesday--We did some service at City Hall and then Sister Luddington got settled a little bit more and unpacked. We went to Bob Shay's and had a great lesson with him! We ran into Sister Wilson when we were walking back from Bob's and she gave us a little tour of the down town shops and stuff and we talked to the thrift store owner. He was pretty nice and took a Restoration pamphlet so hopefully something comes out of that! We stopped by the Romero's and talked to them for a little. We went and helped a new family move into the ward! They are just storing their stuff at the Ginn's until they find a place to rent. All of the youth and some people from the ward came to help and it was great!

Thursday-- We planned for what seemed like an eternity.. blah haha but we stopped by this lady's named Sabina, she is one of Sister Daniel's foster daughters. She is a member but hasn't been to church for forever and she just moved in a couple of months ago to Bishop. We had a wonderful chat with her and she expressed some interest in coming back to church. We are excited to continue to work with her and hopefully help her family come into the Gospel! Then we went to dinner at the Bartholemew's and they are great! Both probably over 80 years old and it was so fun talking to them about their lives and their pond that they love. We stopped by Andrew's baseball game after that, it was just finishing so we got to visit with the Steedle's for a little bit. We are excited to start finding people at the park now because there are baseball games happening all the time and so many people are there.

Andrew got a hair cut finally -- that is why I am so excited -- haha!!!

We taught Book of Mormon class and that was good! The Romero's came and Sister Fischer and Sister Wilson. We stopped by Bob Lujan's and he is just being so weird. He has gotten flakey lately.. and he didn't come to church on Sunday.. so I'm kind of worried but mostly frustrated with him. Hopefully he decides to get it together!

Friday-- For excerise that morning we went running to this little outdoor work out park thingy and these three older ladies showed up and it was the cutest thing. They were getting their work out on! :) District meeting was great! We walked there and were able to see so many people! We've been walking every where this week and we have been able to meet and talk to everyone. On our way back from the church we saw this lady who was working in her yard and asked if she needed any help! She said she was putting her house up for sale so she could use a lot of help! We started talking to her and her daughter and they said we could come back and share a message with them and help with the weeds in the yard this coming week! It was so awesome! They are moving to Sacramento though, so hopefully we will be able to talk to them more before they move!

We also met this crazy guy named Larry. He was super pumped up to hear about the Book of Mormon being more scripture and took one and said he would read it! We went to the bakery for lunch and it was really good. We stopped by the new Sister that just moved in, Sister Peirce and had a great visit with her! She is exactly what this ward needs so we are super stoked to see what happens. She is going out with us to do visits next week so that will be way helpful. We went to spanish class and learned how to say our testimony in Spanish!

Yo se que nuestro Padre Celestial nos ama y nos conose. Yo se que Jesucristo vive. Yo se que el Libro de Mormon es verdadero porque yo siento el Espiritu Santo en me corazon cuando lo leo.

Saturday-- We contacted a referral named Perla and she has three little girls! It wasn't a good time so hopefully next week will be better for them!  We had a great lesson with the Romero's and Sister Pierce came so that was good!

Sunday-- Was a great day! We had a change in the Bishopric, Brother Ginn and Brother Hall were made counselors! It was great :) We talked to this young man that was visiting from Santa Barbara and he said that he had joined in on a lesson with the sisters that were here in Bishop six months ago and moved right after that and he ended up being baptized this last December! So legit!!! So cool to see the things we do everyday as missionaries turn into amazing conversion stories. It was awesome talking to him! After church the Ginn's had us over for lunch-- Cafe Rio burritos so that made my day! Then we visited with some members and saw Mitch and Angie and had a great lesson about the Plan of Salvation and some pie and ice cream :) Love those two crazies.

Today we are hoping to go on a hike! The Internet at the church was being dumb so that is why this is later than usual! But love you all so much and I love being a missionary!
Greatest blessing ever!

Love you all and hope you have a great week!

Love,
Sister Loar

3/9-3/15

Hey everyone!

This past week has been a whirlwind of emotions and amazing experiences!

Tuesday-- we met Rocio! (I fell off her porch a couple weeks ago) we finally caught her at home and we started to talk to her and get to know her. We talked to her about Jesus Christ and being forgiven. She said she wants what we were talking about and we invited her to be baptized because that is how we are able to completely repent of all of our past. She said yes! And we set her with a date of April 18th! We invited her to read the Book of Mormon, to pray and to come to church and also the baptism on Friday to see what a baptism is like. She didn't end up coming to church or the baptism because she got sick... But we are hoping to go back and teach her more this week. It was so cool teaching her and talking to her just at her doorstep. She is so amazing and such a sweet 22 year old. That night we had an awesome lesson at the Romero's about the temple and it was so good! I just love that family.

Wednesday-- we walked around a trailer park where we have a few less active members living and we were going to visit them, they weren't too happy to see us but it's okay! We talked to a whole bunch of people, trailer parks are gold mines. We then had a lesson with the Steedle's about the ten commandments and keeping the Sabbath day holy.It went really well and we read some of the Book of Mormon with them, and Andrew is excited to keep reading!

Thursday-- We were running around trying to finish everything for Bob's baptism and get everything ready. We were also finishing up helping for the Relief Society dinner that night. It turned out great and super cute! We went to Andrew's and read a chapter with him and he really liked it! He is such a good kid. He wears his CTR ring even though kids at school make fun of him for it. :) What a champ!

Friday-- BOB'S BAPTISM! :)
Oh it was so glorious and turned out so great! We used some of the left over flowers and decorations from the relief society dinner the night before so it looked so good! SO many people came and it was THE BEST! :) Bob was so happy and it was the best day ever!!! Happy day! :)

And then we got the worst call of our lives... the Assistants to the President called... dun dun DUN! They told Sister Dodson she was going to be transferred to North Bakersfield. She is leaving me. I am the saddest human in Bishop right now. It is so hard having her leave! We have become the best of friends. Kindred spirits :) to say the least.

Saturday-- We helped a new single sister move into the ward! Answer to prayers!!! We have been praying for people to move into the ward to help us out :) There were so many people from the ward there and it was so amazing to see everyone step in and help! So great! :) Loved it.

We went to the Smith's for dinner, for Sister Dodson's final goodbye to them. We had a great time with them! They make THE best food. So delicious. Sister Smith was telling us if Rocio needed her to go to church with her she would! (since they are the one's who told us about her and are super great friends with her and Brother Smith is like her dad). So that is how we will help them come back to church! :) MIRACLES. Prayers being answered right in front of our faces. So great.

Sunday-- BOB WAS CONFIRMED! :) He is now officially a member of the church and also has the gift of the Holy Ghost as a constant companion forever!! :) Yayyyyy! Happy day! Seriously it was so great.

We taught Relief Society and that went well. We ate dinner at the Elkins and at the Romero's because we couldn't say no to them and they wanted Sister Dodson over for one last time! They are the best! I just love them so much! Then we said bye to everyone and it was really sad. Like super sad.

This week made me realize so many different things, but most importantly just how blessed I am to be serving here in Bishop and to be surrounded by such wonderful people. I'm so grateful to be a missionary; to have the privilege of bringing this restored gospel to those who are searching for it. I've learned so much about myself, and others, but most importantly how much Heavenly Father loves all of his children and how much Jesus Christ loves us for sacrificing everything, so that we could return to live with our Heavenly Father.

I know that this is the true and restored church of Jesus Christ. It is the only true and living gospel that has all the pieces to the road map back to our Father in Heaven and our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Thank you all for the love, prayers and support. I love you all!
Have an amazing week.

With all my love,
Sister Loar
xoxo

There is this bearded man... who wear's dresses around town. No shame! :) hahaha just some of the normal things that happen around Bishop on a daily basis.

3/2 - 3/8

Hey hey!!!
So much happened this week and I don't have a lot of time so I hope I can get everything in!!

Monday-- We played some sports for Pday and then we had interviews with President and Sister Wilson! They came up to Bishop and it was so good to talk with them. Love them both sooo much!

Then we found out it was Elder Rawlin's birthday so we got him donuts and surprised him! What a good man!

Tuesday-- We had a good day trying to contact people. We got a referral to go see someone but didn't have an exact address, just same vague directions. We prayed really hard before going out and looking for him and while we were knocking on a door a lady came out of a neighboring trailer and asked if we were looking for anyone. She said she knew everyone in the trailer park and could tell us where they lived!!! MIRACLE! So we told her the name and she directed us to the right now! Sadly the person we were referred to wasn't interested at this time.. but Heavenly Father totally led that woman outside to help us out and it was such a blessing! Then we had a really good lesson with Sarah, she was meeting with some missionaries about a year ago and we talked to her all about the importance of the Plan of Salvation. She had to leave so we set up another appointment for later in the week, and she ended up cancelling it with us. But we are going to meet with her this week. Her mom just passed away from the cancer that she had.. it was super sad when she told us about it. But we are confident that the knowledge of the Plan of Salvation will help her so much.

Then we had a good lesson with Bob Lujan! He is doing great! We then went to the Spencer's to talk about the lesson she was coming to that night with us. She invited us to stay for dinner and we had some German Goop as she called it haha it was her family's recipe and it was so good! I'll have to make it sometime, it is way easy! Then we had an awesome lesson at the Romero's with Sister Spencer about Charity and serving others. We made plans to serve Sister McLaughlin some how and so that is what we are going to do with them this coming week!

Then we tried to contact Rosio, we haven't been able to meet her yet, but we met her boyfriend and her son! So that was good. I then fell off of their porch.. hahaha grace is my middle name! ;) always tripping on things I swear. Stinkin' porch. No injuries though, all is well. Hahaha

Wednesday-- We helped at City Hall and then later that day we had a great lesson reading the Book of Mormon with Bob Shay. He is my favorite person ever hahaha. Always cracking me up. Then we went to the Smith's for dinner and they are doing alright!

Thursday-- Not too much happened, but we did make some amazing enchiladas! :) The Steedles cancelled our lesson that night so we weren't able to see them. But we did go to Book of Mormon class and that was great!

Friday-- We had Zone Training Meeting in Lone Pine! It was SOOO GOOD! The spirit was so strong and we set some goals as a zone to work on and it was just an awesome ZTM. Loved it! We went to Coppertop! A famous BBQ place in Big Pine.. I know Lone Pine, Big Pine... so many Piney places up here haha ;) It was really delicious though!

Then we helped Ron Romero sand his table! It was so fun just getting down and working really hard! Then we went to Sister Wilson's for dinner and to help her with some Relief Society stuff for the dinner this coming week. We then stopped by Bob Lujan's and just checked how everything is going for him. He is doing great!

Saturday-- We went and took some left over enchiladas to Mitch and Angie :) They are my favorite. We read about the Sacrament in the Book of Mormon with them and that was good!

We talked to a lot of people but not too many were home or interested that we had planned to see. We had planned to see this less active family that has been on our list to go visit forever. We went and knocked on their door to find a not so kind woman telling us they didn't live there and that she had lived there for over 7 years.. we were really confused about why we felt so strongly to go see them. We were walking back to the car and saw a sign on their neighbors house that said the Denaults.. Sister Dodson remembered that name being on our ward list too so we checked and sure enough they were! But we didn't have an address for them so we hadn't been able to find them to visit them! So we went to go knock on their door and then this man comes riding his bike down the drive way. We asked him if he knew who Michelle was and he said that it was his mom but she wasn't home right then. We then continued to talk to him and got to know him a little bit more. He then began to tell us how he has felt lost for the last six months, how lost custody of his six year old daughter (now she is staying with his parents) and how he is suffering from some really intense addictions. We bore our testimony that there is hope in this life, that he can change and be forgiven for those things he has done. Sister Dodson gave him a Book of Mormon and told him about the story of Alma the younger and his conversion story and his experience of being forgiven of all of the awful things he had done. He said he would read it and that going to church right now would probably be the best thing for him. We agreed :) He didn't end up coming to church, but I know for a fact that Heavenly Father put us in that specific spot, had us check on the less active member so that we would run into Bill. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be an instrument in the Lord's hands. It is humbling and the most amazing thing I've ever experienced. We got Bill's phone number and we are planning to see him this coming week.

Then we went to the Romero's for their FHE and Ron taught and he did so well! :) It was on not being selfish! It was a good reminder for me to let go of worldly things and worries and just serve the Lord with all I've got. Afterwards we went to this benefit dinner with Ron for the fire that happened a few weeks ago. All of the proceeds went to helping the families that lost their homes. It was really cool!

Sunday-- Church was so great! All of the meetings were so amazing. I just love the Sacrament and I'm so grateful we have the opportunity to take it every week. The power that it can have in our lives is so profound and amazing. We taught Sunday School and it went really well! After church we had a lesson with Bob and Brother Steve Howe (from Lone Pine-- he is the one that gave us Bob's name to go see!) The spirit was so strong and Brother Howe's testimony was SO powerful. Bob had some concerns, but after that lesson he is set on being baptized!!! :) He asked Brother Howe to baptize him! Happy dayyy! It is this coming Friday at 6! Please pray for Bob this week!!! Satan is trying so hard to make him doubt the things he knows already.

The best thing that also happened was that we got a text from President Wilson saying he had met Robert Miller (I taught him in Golden Hills! and he is getting baptized on April 11th!) at Stake Conference and Robert asked if there was any way that I could go! (what a champ :) So happy he asked president that) President then explained he told them the rule on not crossing our zone boundaries to go to baptisms after we have left an area.. and then president told us  that if I was on exchanges in Bear Valley with our STL's that weekend that then he would let me go to the baptism!!!!!! SO PRAY THAT I STAY HERE AND THAT ALL WORKS OUT BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE THE MOST LEGIT THING IN THE WORLD!! :) Also Sister Kay is planning on coming back for his baptism!! THE HAPPIEST OF REUNIONS!! :) Totally made my week, and my mission! I just pray that it will work out!

Then we visited the Steedles.. they are just struggling to get to church. We are trying our best! We love them soooo much. They are such a great family :)

Then we had a really good fireside on Patriarchal Blessings with Elder Rawlins! It was awesome! and lots of people from the ward came :)

Then we went to Mitch and Angie's ohhh how I love those two crazies. Hahaha they are the best! We had a good chat with them.

This week was so long, but oh so amazing!! So many of my prayers were answered!!! I am so grateful to see so many miracles!! :) Heavenly Father is so aware of us, we just need to ask for some help, and those miracles come!!!

Hope you all had an amazing week! I love you all and appreciate the love and support I feel from you guys! Thanks for everything!

Love you all!!

Love,
Sister Loar

2/23-3/1

Hey-O!

Hope everyone had a good week! This week was long, but filled with lots of good things! :)

Monday-- Was great! We tried contacting a potential but got the wrong address and talked to a guy named Ron. He was super nice, but had sooo much anti stuff to bring up to us. He said he would pray for us haha, no Ron, we will pray for you! We went to Family Home Evening at Sister Wilson's again and it was great!

Tuesday-- We were walking in a neighborhood to some Less actives houses and we stopped to talk to a man who was washing his car and we ended up talking to him about the Plan of Salvation and we gave him a pamphlet and he said we could try back in a few weeks beacuse they were leaving on vacation to Death Valley... why anyone would make Death Valley their vacation spot, I don't know. But he said we could come back! :) His name was Norman, and we are excited to try back. :)

We stopped by the Daniels to try to talk to Don Daniels about how his Book of Mormon reading has been and he was out golfing, so we talked to Sister Daniels and it was so good! She is the spunkiest 70 year old woman.

Then we had a great lesson on the Word of Wisdom and following the prophet with Bob and Landon! Brother Jacobs, his son Nick and Sister Johnson came. It was such a good lesson! And Bob is pushing passed his obscure concerns and having more faith! He committed to live the word of wisdom and follow the prophet! :)

Wednesday-- I hit my 8 month mark that day! So crazy! We pulled weeds and mopped this giant gym floor at City Hall for service. For studies that day I started reading in Mosiah in the Book of Mormon and I have made a crazy map and have tried to fit everything together that is happening. I've finally figured out who the heck is in the Book of Mormon and now I'm just the biggest Book of Mormon geek ever and I absolutely adore that book. Seriously though, how everything ties together is so fascinating and so cool! It is SO GOOOOOD. I can't put it down in the mornings and at lunch when I get a chance to read. I understand it so much better now, than ever before. I'm learning so much and it is so real when I read it! I love it.

Then we met with Bob Shay, and I just love that crazy man! He is so funny! He gave us some citrus fruit, so I carried it in my bag around all day until we walked home for dinner. It is pretty delicious to say the least. Also we stopped by Michael-- a potential that we hadn't contacted yet and they have the cutest family! I have such high hopes for them, they said we could come back at another time! Then we met Sister Mclaughlin at Upper Crust Pizza-- the most delicious of food. She is obsessed with that place and always takes us there :) She is the sweetest.

Then we went to the Martinez family! A former investigating family that used to live by Brother Gruwell in the ward and they were great! We talked to them outside and we are going to try to find them at not a busy time next week. They have so many cats...  so many cats...

Thursday-- We planned and visited some members that we were trying to see, they don't come as often, so we were trying to go see them! It went really well!

Friday-- We had a really spiritual District meeting and I learned so much! We tried to find this old lady that used to talk to the missionaries, but ended up talking to her grandson! Hopefully he reads the pamphlet we left him! We went to Spanish Class and it was great! Then we stopped by Bob's house to see if we could meet with him the next day and he asked us the greatest question ever! He asked if Landon could be baptized the same day as him! UM YES OFCOURSE BOB! That was the goal all along!

Saturday-- We had a great lesson with Bob and Landon and Sister Fitt came with us. We taught the Law of Chastity and about Baptism and Landon totally wants to be baptized with his dad, but they need to ask Landon's mom (they are divorced) if he can be baptized.. and they aren't sure how that is going to go over. So for sure Bob is getting baptized on March 13th at 6pm!!!! And then hopefully Landon too, but most likely when he gets permission from his mom, Bob will just

baptize him when he has the Priesthood to do so! :) So many great things!!!!! Then we played volleyball at the church and the elder's investigators were there and the Romero's were there and it was a good time! Got to use some of my very poor Spanish speaking skills!

Sunday-- Bob came to church! All of the meetings were so great! We taught the youth sunday school about Christlike Attributes and how we can develop them in our lives. It went really well! After church, Caleb a little kid in the ward, said he was coming home with us.. so we walked all the way out to the car and as soon as we were jokingly waiting for him to get in, he just ran back inside the church laughing hahaha it was funny.

All of our appointments cancelled so we stopped by the Steedles-- they just got back from their vacation and are doing well! They seemed so happy! Hopefully we can help them to come to church and read and pray consistently!

Well sorry for the novel.. didn't realize how much really did happen this week! When we are diligent and expect miracles.. they happen. It's amazing! :) I love this gospel so much!! So grateful I was able to have it growing up, not sure where or who I would be with out it!
Thanks for all of the love and support from everyone! I appreciate it so much. Love you all!!!!!!
Have a good week!

Hoorah for Israel!
Love,
Sister Loar

Spring is in the air! The trees are all blossoming!

Super weird law building in town that has a random dog mural on it....
